Terms of Use

Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Student portal access is activated only against a student number allocated by MTI after a successful registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or scan the platform, upload malicious content, scrape data, or use the Study Assistant to produce work you submit as your own where that breaches assessment rules.

Invigilated assessments monitor integrity signals for the duration of the attempt. Leaving fullscreen, switching applications, pasting external content, or the presence of another person may be flagged and reviewed. Confirmed breaches may void an attempt and trigger disciplinary process.

Study material, assessments and platform content remain the property of MTI or its licensors and may not be redistributed. Work you submit remains yours, with a licence to MTI to mark, moderate and retain it as an academic record.

We aim for continuous availability but may suspend access for maintenance or security. We may amend these terms; material changes will be notified in-platform.

Accounts may be suspended for breach of these terms, non-payment where applicable, or on withdrawal from a programme.
